I.  Terms and Definitions

1.1   "We" or "Intron" refers to Intron Technology (China) Co., Ltd. or its affiliates that actually provide service to you;

1.2   Personal Information refers to all types or formats of information recorded electronically or in other means that can identify a natural person or legal person alone or in combination with other information, including but not limited to a natural person or legal person’s name, ID information, address and phone number;

1.3   Sensitive Personal Information refers to the Personal Information that can lead to detriment to personal and/or property security, damage to reputation or interests, or occurrence of discrimination if it is disclosed, illegally provided or abused. Sensitive Personal Information includes but is not limited to ID information, bank account numbers, communication records and contents, property information, and transaction information. You agree that your Sensitive Personal Information will be processed for the purposes and by the means described herein;

II.  How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

2.1   Information you voluntarily provide to us

1) You need to create a user account on our website for the purpose of accessing our specific products or service. To create and bind an account, you need to provide your mobile phone number, e-mail and password. After creation of the account, you shall provide your name, ID information, address, contact information and other information in order to use specific products or service;

2) When browsing through our products and service on our website, you may leave your contact information so we can contact you back, which includes but is not limited to your mobile phone number and e-mail;


3) After creating or binding a user account, you can upload, edit, change or complete your Personal Information, including but not limited to user logo, user name, mobile phone number, e-mail, login password and address, in the “ Personal Information Edit” section;

4) Our staff (or that of our Affiliates or Partners) may collect some personal information from you when handing out publicity materials to you or offering you consultation on our products and service during offline promotional campaigns. This information includes but is not limited to your name or title, mobile phone number, e-mail, and occupational background;

5) You need to provide us with relevant Sensitive Personal Information when you make a payment for our products or service, such as your name or title, ID information, password, bank account number, billing information, address, invoice information, and remarks.

2.2   Information we automatically collect from you

1)   Device information: We will collect information about the attribute, connection (e.g., browser type, telecom operator and language used) and status (e.g., sensor data and app installation list) of the Device with which you use or log into your account, in order to offer you better products and/or service and an improved experience. We may associate the information we collect from your different devices to serve you better on these devices.



2)   Log information: We will automatically record some of your information when you use our products and/or service, such as your use of our products and/or service, your IP address, the URL of the service you accessed, the browser type and language you used, the information on your download, installation or use of mobile applications and software, information on your communications with software, and the date, time, and duration of your access to service.

3)   Location information: When you use location-based products and/or service that we provide and have authorized us to access your location by enabling the location function of your device, we may collect and process information about your actual location to allow you to access the corresponding service without entering such information manually. We use several means for locating users, including IP address, GPS and sensors. You may terminate the collection of your geographic location information by disabling the location function on your device. By using any service provided by our Affiliate or Partner through our products and/or service, you agree that we may collect your Personal Information from our Affiliate or Partner that you have authorized our Affiliate or Partner to collect from you for business operation or cooperation purposes.

2.4   Sensitive Personal Information

We may collect some of your Sensitive Personal Information to achieve some specific functions of our website. 5) To improve and optimize our products and service, we may share users’ information with third parties to demonstrate the operation and overall usage of our website and to analyze future operation trends. Such statistical information will not include your ID information or other sensitive information.

To improve our service so that you have a better experience or to improve other functions you consent to, we may, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, collect your Personal Information from one service and use it in our other services by means of information aggregation and analysis or customized information pooling.

Please be noted that you authorize us to use all the Personal Information you provide during your use of our service within the scope specified in the Privacy Policy unless you delete or withdraw your consent (i.e., refusing our collection and use of your information through system settings). d)  Your Personal Information may be shared with or among our affiliates. We will only share necessary Personal Information and such practice will be bound by this Privacy Policy. We will seek your consent once again should any of our affiliates are going to process your Personal Information for any different purposes;

e) P Some part of our service will be provided by our authorized Partners so as to deliver better and higher-quality products and service to you. We may share some of your Personal Information with our Partners to serve you better and improve your experience. We will only share your Personal Information necessary for the provision of service for legitimate, justified, necessary, specific and explicit purposes. Besides, we will sign stringent confidentiality agreements with our Partners, requiring that they process your Personal Information following our instructions, this Privacy Policy and any other applicable confidentiality and security measures. Our Partners have no right to use the shared Personal Information for any purposes other than the ones specified herein.

(2) Currently, our authorized Partners include:

a) We will not share any of your Personal Information with our advertising and consulting service providers without your authorization. b) We share information with OEMs, service providers and other Partners that support our business worldwide. These third parties include providers engaged in hardware support, software research and development, system development, data storage, and express delivery. We will sign confidentiality agreements with companies, organizations and individuals with whom we share your Personal Information, requiring that they process your Personal Information following our instructions, this Privacy Policy and any other applicable confidentiality and security measures.

4.2 Transfer

We will not transfer your Personal Information to any company, organization or individual other than Intron and its affiliates, unless

1) We have obtained your explicit authorization or consent in advance;

2) Such transfer is required by laws and regulations, legal procedures or mandatory government orders or judicial decisions; and/or

3) If Intron and its affiliates are involved in transactions such as incorporations, mergers, spin-offs, liquidations, or acquisitions or sales of assets or businesses, your Personal Information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will ensure that such information is kept confidential during the transfer and require that the new company or organization that holds your Personal Information should continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy. Otherwise, we will require such company or organization to seek your authorization once again.

Please be aware that the system and communication network you use to access our service may cause problems due to factors beyond our control. VI.Your Rights

In accordance with applicable Chinese laws, regulations and standards as well as the common practices of other countries and regions, we guarantee that you have the following rights to your Personal Information:

6.1 Access. You may log into your user account at any time to access or edit your user information, change your password, add security information, perform account association or identity authentication in your account.

6.2 Correction. Upon passing the identity authentication, you have the right to modify or update the incorrect or incomplete information as long as such changes do not affect the objectivity and accuracy of the information. You may modify your information on our website or end-user application by yourself; or alternatively in some particular circumstances, especially when your information contains any mistake, you may submit a modification request to us using the contact information we provide, unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations. However, for security and identification reasons, you may not be able to modify some of the initial sign-up information you submitted at the time of sign-up.

Once your account is canceled, you will not be able to use the products or service we provide. Therefore, please exercise this right with discretion. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of you or others, we will determine whether to support your cancellation request based on your use of the products and/or service we provide. For example, if you have any balance in your account or unfinished matters to deal with, we will remind you to deal with such situations before we process your request. Canceling your account will clear all your information in the account, including your Personal Information, unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations.

6.6 Being informed in advance of the discontinuation of products or service. We hope to provide our products and/or service with you all the time. However, if some or all of our products and/or service have to be discontinued for any particular reasons, we will notify you 15 days in advance by providing an announcement on the homepage, sending a website message or email or by other appropriate means, and accordingly will cease collecting your Personal Information and then delete or anonymize your Personal Information as stipulated in laws and regulations, unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations.
